Guest Service Associate (7a - 3p)

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Associate acts as the primary point of contact, managing check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a welcoming experience. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping for room readiness, and resolving guest issues promptly.

Responsibilities Guest Services:

Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, issue room keys, and provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.

Reservations & Billing:

Manage online/phone bookings, verify payment methods, process payments, and update guest records.

Communication:

Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests (e.g., extra towels) are met.

Conflict Resolution:

Address and resolve guest complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction.

Safety & Security:

Follow safety procedures, monitor lobby activity, and protect guest confidentiality Experience Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest services is required Background in events management or coordinating large groups adds value to your role Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve unexpected issues.
