Hotel Guest Service Agent - Nights

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Duties:

• Midnight to 630AM and other
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and facilities
• Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately
• Manage phone calls
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
