Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and show great appearance to the guest while showing your welcome . Your energetic approach will ensure a positive first impression for visitors and clients while maintaining smooth administrative workflows. Duties Greet guest with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while providing accurate information. Perform tasks on a hotel PMS system Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally across various channels. Skills Prefer knowledge of hotel PMS systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Prior office management or administrative experience is preferred; familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry is essential. Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems to handle high call volumes smoothly. Prior hotel experience is highly recommended but training is given
