Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with guests, this role is perfect for you.
- Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with arrival planning, reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Must have availability to work all shifts
