Responsibilities include:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and responsiveness. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist with guest requests such as room changes, special accommodations, or concierge services to ensure a seamless stay. Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive reviews and repeat visits. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong background in customer service. Previous hotel experience, particularly at the front desk or in guest services roles. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest relations and resort operations. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
