Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Part Time Motel Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable guest experiences! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software. Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and exterior premises to uphold high standards of hospitality and safety. Manage front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, scheduling reservations, and handling guest inquiries. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy. Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and responding to special requests with enthusiasm. Ensure security protocols are followed to safeguard guests and staff while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse guests effectively. Prior hotel experience involving front desk operations or guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role. Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Demonstrated excellence in customer service, communication skills, and phone etiquette is essential. Experience working in resort or similar hospitality environments will help you adapt quickly to our team's needs.
