Job Description

Front Desk Agent- Full-time and Part-time Shifts:
Wednesday through Sunday full-time position, Shifts include 3pm to 11pm as well as two 7am to 3pm shifts. Days may vary. We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and registering guests in a warm and welcoming manner Managing reservations and ascertaining their lodging and purchasing needs Assisting guests in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner Knowing all essential aspects of our hotel Having the ability to solve problems as they arise in a friendly and proficient manner A willingness to go above and beyond for all of our guests' needs If you have a knack for customer service and strive for excellence, we would love to have you join our team! Ultimately helping create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
