Hotel Front Desk Attendant

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest's stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our hotel's vision, mission, and core values.

Compensation:

$21 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy. Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly. Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift Attend to all laundry. Our front desk are also our laundry attendants.

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
