Job Description

This is an AM and PM shift. 6 AM-2 PM and 2 PM-10 PM Holidays and Weekends Required $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days

The Helena Holiday Inn Express is looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our team! As a Guest Service Representative you will: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills Have the ability to multi-task and be able to assist our guests promptly and efficiently Make and/or change reservations for individuals and groups Manage online and phone reservations Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
