Employees will be working in a semi-fast paced job where answering phone calls and communicating with customers is crucial. good customer service skills are a must. Front desk agents may also have to help other departments depending on need and pace. Front desk agents need to be proficient and able to adapt to situations. Cash handling is a daily occurence and agents must be trustworthy and responsible. This Motel 6 uses a system on an iPad so agents will need to be technologically literate or be able to learn quickly. Pros of the job is a VERY flexible schedule, working only 8 hours a day which is great for university students or anyone needing a flexible work schedule, a great and supportive coworker and management team, and discounts to other motel 6's!

REQUIREMENTS

• be able to stand for long periods of time
• be able to climb up and down stairs
• ability to answer phones and build rapport with customers and clientele.
