As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations. Your energy and organizational skills will ensure our front office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a warm, approachable atmosphere. Your welcoming attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help foster a positive and inviting environment that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality and operations skills while making a meaningful impact on every guest's stay. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in and check-out procedures. Professionally manage multi-line phone systems, responding to inquiries promptly and courteously. Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Maintain accurate reservation records, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and issues are resolved promptly. Assist with night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing management reports. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat business. Qualifications Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles, with strong office skills Excellent communication skills with professional multi-line phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and general office systems Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Guest-focused mindset with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Previous hotel front desk experience preferred Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about hospitality.
