Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be at the heart of that experience—welcoming guests, solving problems, and creating memorable stays. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering genuine hospitality. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional arrival and departure experience Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Verify reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys Process payments including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other approved forms of payment Answer guest calls, messages, questions, and special requests Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience throughout their stay Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met Provide guests with directions, local recommendations, and information about Asheville attractions Run daily reports and verify accuracy of front desk records Complete cashier reports, balance cash drawers, and follow hotel accounting procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Assist with shuttle transportation when needed, including airport runs What We're Looking For A positive attitude and passion for customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Basic computer proficiency Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods High School Diploma or GED required Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Benefits & Perks Hilton Team Member Travel Program with rates starting at just $40 per night Medical, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, and Accident Insurance (Full-Time Team Members) Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit Paid Vacation Employee Referral Bonus Program Complimentary Uniforms Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Supportive Team Environment Why You'll Love Working Here Hospitality is more than checking guests in and out—it's creating experiences that people remember.
