What You'll Be Doing :
Welcome guests like they matter—because they do Check in/check out guests efficiently, accurately, and warmly Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Answer calls and respond to guest questions and requests Handle guest concerns with confidence and a problem-solving mindset Process payments and maintain accurate records Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready Keep the front desk clean, organized, and inviting Sell items from our treat shop (snacks, drinks, etc.) and assist guests with purchases Stock, organize, and keep the treat shop looking fresh and fully supplied
What You'll Be Doing:

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent Background in Hotel, food & beverage, retail, or Administrative preferred but not required Organized and Detail Oriented People person energy with a great smile! Reliable and on-time Basic computer skills (if you can learn apps, you can learn our system) Available for weekends & holidays (a hotel has beds, but never sleeps😄)
