Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Night Audit, where you will be the vital link ensuring smooth overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise, guest service skills, and attention to detail. As the night-time ambassador of our property, you will manage front desk functions, perform nightly audits, and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Your energetic and proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for all guests during the overnight hours, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously, providing exceptional customer service. Conduct nightly financial audits using hotel management systems such as OPERA to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, responding promptly to guest inquiries and internal requests. Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies following hotel procedures to maintain guest satisfaction and safety. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting patrols of public areas, and managing access control during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff. Support hotel management by assisting with administrative tasks related to guest services, reservations, and emergency procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and security protocols. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest inquiries in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Join us in delivering memorable experiences around the clock!
