Full Job Description The Graystone Lodge in the High Country features an upscale boutique hotel experience. We are looking for kind, energetic and passionate hospitality professionals to join our team. At the Graystone Lodge we are all about cultivating an amazing guest experience by offering the highest level of amenities and service. The Guest Service Agent must possess complete knowledge of all features and amenities of the property in order to answer any question the guest might ask concerning hotel products, services and amenities. Must be knowledgeable about area restaurants, attractions, major businesses and other information about the surrounding area which may be of particular interest to the guest. Appearance must be neat and professional at all times. The Guest Service Agent should be caring, friendly and prepared to listen and respond to the guests' needs and/or inquiries. They must immediately make eye contact with and acknowledge the guests' presence upon arrival while showing the guest respect throughout the conversation. They must complete the check in/check out process quickly and efficiently. Positions available both for full time and part time employment. •This is a brief summary of anticipated job duties.
