Job Description

Description As a Guest Services Clerk at Concord Hospitality, you will be at the hub of guest interaction, creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach ensures guests feel welcomed and supported throughout their stay. Responsibilities Greet, register, and assign rooms; process check-in/check-out; verify and collect payments; handle guest inquiries and special requests Prepare, set up, stock, take down, and clean the Bistro area; prepare and plate food items; serve beverages (including alcoholic drinks) in accordance with safety and service standards In some locations, prepare specialty cocktails and basic menu items. Receive and manage food and beverage orders; monitor and validate guest ID for alcohol service; ensure compliance with beverage consumption policies. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards; sanitize equipment and surfaces; keep inventory stocked; prepare reports and follow financial control procedures Anticipate needs, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain positive guest interactions at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Those with hospitality and/or food & beverage experience will be given greater consideration Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Shifts are primarily 3pm-11pm, but flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and holidays Benefits (Full-Time Associates Only) Competitive wages Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short/long-term disability options 401(k) program with company match Tuition assistance Discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels Training, development, and career advancement opportunities Why Join Concord?
