Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate with good work habits, the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, work in a small family/team environment where every counts on each other. This is a small team where your work will stand out
If you want to be recognized for the work you do because you do good work, we want you on our team! As a Front Desk Associate you will often be the first person people talk to and see at our clinic. This position offers flexibility in terms of hours and schedule, within business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently, ensuring accuracy in scheduling & billing
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Tactfully answer questions from patients often confused by insurance companies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Accurately enter financial transactions. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of insurance, have you read an EOB from an insurance company?
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
Requirements:
