Job Description

The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Front Desk Agent. Open availability required
Responsibilities :
Check guests in and out efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and local area. Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure all guest billing and account information is accurate. Help create a pleasant guest experience by informing guests about hotel amenities and services.
Job Requirements :
This position is responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, "energy-giving" attitude. Hotel Front Desk experience. Should be customer service oriented. Excellent attention to detail. Friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers. Excellent cash handling, phone, and computer skills. Must be able to work weekends.
