Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hilton Front Desk Agent during the evening shift! In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and special requests to enhance guest relations Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Uphold hotel policies and standards related to guest safety, security, and confidentiality Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a diverse guest clientele effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Experience in night audit procedures and guest relations strategies Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members Previous resort or hotel experience preferred for understanding high-volume guest environments This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our guests' experiences while developing your career in hospitality.
