This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and room assignments Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved promptly Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing processes Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines, ensuring clear communication at all times Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts for night audit responsibilities Previous hotel experience focusing on guest services or front desk duties is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel valued.
