Job Description

Position Summary At SpringHill Suites, we believe every guest deserves a smooth, worry-free stay — day or night. As our Night Auditor, you'll be the overnight face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive outstanding service while also balancing the day's financial transactions. You'll blend hospitality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to keep both our guests and our books in great shape. Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Front Desk Operations Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any overnight needs. Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries or concerns. Maintain a safe and quiet environment in the lobby and public spaces during overnight hours. Reconcile and balance daily hotel revenue, including room charges, taxes, and credit card transactions. Close out the day's business in the property management system (PMS). Generate and distribute daily reports to management. Securely handle all cash, credit card, and payment transactions. Monitor security systems and perform property walks. Follow emergency and safety protocols as needed. Assist with breakfast area setup for morning guests. Keep the front desk, lobby, and back-office areas clean and organized. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to work independently and handle overnight hours. Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Marriott's systems) a plus. Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods. Lift or move up to 20 lbs. Work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

$14.00 - $14.50 per hour
