Front Desk Agent Quality Inn & Suites Matthews | Matthews, NC $14.00/hr | Up to 5 Shifts Per Week | Flexible Schedule About the Role We are looking for a dependable, guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites Matthews. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in delivering a great guest experience, and is looking for a consistent schedule with flexibility. This position offers a mix of first and second shifts across the week. Schedules are built around operational needs, making this an ideal fit for someone who values consistency without the rigidity of a fixed five-day workweek. What You'll Do Welcome and check in guests with professionalism and warmth Handle check-outs, reservations, and room assignments accurately Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer Communicate clearly with housekeeping and maintenance on room status and guest needs Follow all brand standards and property procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment What We're Looking For Prior hotel front desk experience preferred; Choice Hotels experience a plus Familiarity with property management systems (Choice Advantage experience a plus) Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working both first and second shifts as scheduled Team player who takes initiative and follows through Schedule & Compensation Up to 5 shifts per week (mix of 1st and 2nd shift) $14.00 per hour Schedule varies based on operational needs
