Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, working either the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift or the overnight 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your energetic and welcoming attitude will help create memorable experiences for every guest, while your attention to detail and hospitality expertise will uphold our high standards of guest satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations within a vibrant resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient check-in process Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly to enhance their stay experience Conduct night audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily reports accurately during overnight shifts Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points, surveillance systems, and guest safety procedures during your shift Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and facilities are in optimal condition Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in front desk operations or hotel management roles Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and resolving issues efficiently Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems confidently Familiarity with resort environments and luxury hotel standards is preferred Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional during both day and overnight shifts This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
