Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor

Come join our FCM Family at the Hampton Inn New Bern, NC! Currently offering full-time and part-time. The Front Desk Agent must possess complete knowledge of all features and amenities of the property in order to answer any question the guest might ask concerning hotel products, services and amenities. We are also seeking a staff member that can perform the same duties on our overnight shift of Night Auditor. Prior hotel front desk experience is highly preferred. Must be knowledgeable about area restaurants, attractions, major businesses and other information about the surrounding area which may be of particular interest to the guest. Appearance must be neat and professional at all times. •This is a brief summary of anticipated job duties.
