Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent and become the welcoming face of our Hotel. We are currently hiring for weekend mornings. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience begins with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable stays and foster guest loyalty. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and check them in efficiently using hotel management software Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and prompt assistance Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and positive problem-solving skills Maintain smooth front desk operations, including reservations, check-outs, and billing procedures Provide exceptional guest services by assisting with luggage, directions, local recommendations, and special requests Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure clear communication at all times Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience Support guest relations efforts by creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Assist with administrative tasks such as logging incidents, updating guest profiles, and preparing reports Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse guest base effectively Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist guests and resolve issues proactively Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, night audit procedures, and hotel operations Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Bilingual proficiency is considered a significant asset for engaging with international guests Join us in creating extraordinary experiences for our guests!
