Front Desk Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression Indeed +1 . Check-in and check-out processing using computer systems, verifying reservations, issuing keys, and providing room details. Managing reservations — taking, confirming, modifying, and canceling bookings via phone, email, or online platforms. Handling guest inquiries about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions. Processing payments — collecting room charges, handling cash and credit card transactions, and reconciling accounts at shift end Interview. Resolving complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues, when necessary. Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs, such as room requests or service arrangements. Providing information on amenities and services and assisting with extras like towels, transportation, or dining reservations. Maintaining the front desk area — keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.

Pay:

$13.00 - $25.83 per hour
