Job Description

Quality Inn is Hiring a Front Desk Agent! Join our team at Quality Inn as a Front Desk Agent! We're looking for a reliable, guest-focused individual to be the welcoming face of our hotel. If you enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you.
Pay:
starting at $12.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
Greet and check in/check out guests with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests Process reservations and payments accurately Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Handle light administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of previous front desk, hotel, or customer service experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (experience with hotel PMS systems a plus) Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
