In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth office management. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting daily office functions with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle scheduling tasks including calendar management and appointment setting Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, document proofreading, and general clerical duties Assist with customer support by answering inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist, preferably in medical or dental settings Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently with strong time management skills Previous experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus but not required Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their administrative career in a dynamic environment.
