Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will keep our hotel running seamlessly while providing top-tier guest relations that leave a lasting impression. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to callers. Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy for seamless accounting processes. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety inspections of the property. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and guest records to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Support guest services by providing local information, coordinating special requests, and fostering guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel operations, and security practices is desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for creating positive guest interactions. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and attention to detail will set you up for success.
