Front Desk Agent Hampton Inn,Williamston Job Summary As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for all guests. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills
