Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to phone etiquette standards. Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold hotel standards. Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences and foster guest relations. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality excellence, and phone etiquette. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Familiarity with hotel experience standards, guest services protocols, and hospitality industry best practices. A proactive team player committed to creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
