Job Description

Compensation:
$13.50 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct Mitigate customer complaints as needed
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent About Company Our Compensation Philosophy We understand that living is not getting any cheaper.
