Candlewood Suites Hotel Front Desk Agent 7 AM-3 PM / 3 PM- 11 PM

This Award Winning Williston Hotel is looking for experienced Front Desk Associates to join our outstanding Front Desk team for our 7 am - 3 pm shift and 3 pm - 11 pm shift. Qualified applicants must be able to work in a team atmosphere and present a friendly service oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times presenting a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone Checks Guests in and out of hotel Makes hotel reservations Provides directions and guest assistance as needed Demonstrates good computer skills Accurately handles cash and charges Stand for long periods of time Previous hotel experience a plus. Customer service experience preferred, likes to interact with people and must have an outgoing personality. Someone who enjoys smiling. Must be available to work weekends and holidays if needed.
