Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and tidy manner. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of each day. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Previous hotel experience or resort experience is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage front desk operations efficiently. A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest services in the hospitality industry.
