8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 4:00 PM-12:00
AM Tax Form:
1099 (100% Earnings, No Taxes Withheld) On-site accommodation: Available for only $400/month (optional)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries regarding reservations and hotel services Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Follow hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information
Qualifications:
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills:
Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) Cash handling and basic accounting skills
