Stonehurst Manor is a premier destination in North Conway, New Hampshire, offering refined accommodations, elevated dining, and a guest experience centered on comfort, pace, and attention to detail. Our historic manor blends elegance with warmth, creating a stay that feels both relaxed and intentional. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and set the tone for their stay.
  • Manage check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with urgency and professionalism.
  • Provide clear information about the property, dining options, and local experiences. Reservations & Coordination
  • Handle room and dining reservations with accuracy.
  • Assist guests with planning their stay, including recommendations for local activities and attractions.
  • Communicate guest needs across departments to ensure a seamless experience. Front Desk Operations
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
  • Process payments and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Monitor front desk communications including phone, email, and booking platforms.
  • Support daily operational flow and shift transitions. Hospitality & Revenue Awareness
  • Present a polished, welcoming presence at all times.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful suggestions and upselling of rooms, dining, and packages.
  • Contribute to a calm, organized, and guest-focused front desk environment. Qualifications
  • Prior front desk, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with reservation systems, POS platforms, and basic office software.
  • Knowledge of the North Conway area is a plus.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and a genuine interest in hospitality. Benefits
