Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while maintaining accuracy in guest accounts. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Operate multi-line phone systems to assist callers with reservations or inquiries. Maintain front desk operations during assigned shifts, including performing night audits as required. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism in all interactions with guests and staff. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for handling inquiries effectively. Experience working with resort environments or similar settings is advantageous.
