Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations and provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing cash handling procedures accurately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services to enhance the guest experience. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of hospitality management. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and conflict resolution. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a resort environment.
