Front Desk Agent (Seasonal)

We are hiring full time and possible part time employees for day and night shift. Estimated start/end dates are April - October Duties Perform check-in and check-out duties, including welcoming guests and directing them around property Manage reservations both online and by telephone Provide information about the hotel, rates, and local area Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff Run night audit and other reports as necessary Prepare housekeeping reports for the following day Light cleaning duties, such as keeping office and public restroom clean Skills Ability to learn new software Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication and organizational skills
