The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest services in a hotel or resort environment.
Schedule:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (including weekends & holidays)
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests; handle overnight inquiries and requests Manage reservations, calls, and guest communications Perform night audit procedures and balance daily transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area
Qualifications:
Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred (Night Audit a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Computer proficiency and attention to detail Able to work independently and overnight hours Apply today to join our team!
