We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to help create an exceptional experience for every guest.

Important:

This is a sales-driven position , not a traditional front desk role. Success in this role is based on your ability to engage guests and drive results.

Position Details:

Part-time position Starting schedule: 3-4 days per week Closing shifts are required This is not a traditional 9-5 role, flexibility is essential Hours are earned based on performance, reliability, and business needs

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in guests with a positive, professional attitude Educate guests on services, memberships, and promotions Actively sell packages, upgrades, and retail products Manage bookings, phone calls, and front desk operations Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized center
