About the Role As a Guest Service Associate, you are often the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. Your role is essential in creating a warm, organized, and supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism Manage the front desk, phones, and visitor sign-in process Provide directions, assistance, and general information to guests Support administrative needs as assigned Maintain a calm, welcoming, and organized front-desk environment Communicate clearly with nursing and administrative teams as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized Prior front desk, hospitality, customer service, or concierge experience preferred Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Excelcare at Manalapan?
