Job Description
About us Crystal Inn is located in Eatontown. This rooms only motel is proud to provide excellent customer service to our guests and clean affordable rooms. By working here you will become a valued member of our team. Front desk agent wanted for a part time or full time position. Position is in the evenings and includes weekends . Must be reliable, friendly, and well dressed with a positive attitude. Basic experience with customer service and cash register required. Prior hotel experience a plus but not required. Job will require excellent customer service, basic computer knowledge, answering calls on a switchboard, reservations, greeting and checking in/out guests, along with other duties. It is a fast paced environment, ability to multitask a must! Must have a "can do" attitude! Pay will be based on experience.
