Part-Time Front Desk & Coffee House Associate The Colonial Inn at Historic Smithville is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable individual to join our team! This part-time position combines front desk hospitality with coffee house service in a unique and welcoming Bed & Breakfast setting. Perfect for Stockton University students, retirees, or anyone seeking flexible part-time work. Tipped Position Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Answer guest questions and provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events Manage reservations and communicate with guests professionally and efficiently Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light café offerings Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and coffee house area Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift Assist with general inn operations and other duties as assigned Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Hospitality, café, or retail experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off
