Overview - Guest Services & Conference Specialis tA prestigious AM100 law firm is seeking a polished Guest Services & Conference Specialis t to deliver an exceptional experience for attorneys, clients, and visitors while supporting the firm's meeting and hospitality operations. This highly visible position serves as the face of the office, ensuring conference facilities and guest services are maintained to the firm's highest standards. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment . Key Responsibilities f o r Guest Services & Conference Specialis t Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and attorneys, providing a welcoming and professional experienc e.

Coordinate conference room reservations, meeting schedules, and room setups for internal and external event s.

Arrange catering, audiovisual equipment, and meeting materials to ensure seamless execution of meetings and presentation s.

Monitor conference rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the da y.

Partner with administrative staff, vendors, and building management to support hospitality services and resolve operational need s.

Assist with reception responsibilities, including greeting guests, notifying employees of arrivals, and answering inquirie s.

Support special events, client programs, and office initiatives while handling last-minute requests with professionalism and efficienc y. Qualifications for Guest Services & Conference Special istMinimum of 3 years of experie nce in guest services, conference services, hospitality, reception, or another client-facing corporate environme nt.

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferr ed.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demean or.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setti ng.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Exc el.

Ability to communicate effectively with executives, attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal sta ff.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to exercise sound judgment while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional servi ce.
