Full job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Wellness Associate to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, have sales experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about their visit Check members and guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and managing the cash register. Respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available. Assist with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and modifications as needed. Collaborate with service providers to ensure member and guest satisfaction Supervise front desk operations during scheduled shift Sell memberships and partner with Members and Guests on their Pathway to Wellness Skills Strong customer service skills to handle member and guest interactions positively and effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for inventory management tasks. Experience in sales, to sell memberships at a 20% closing rate. Proficient in customer service to ensure smooth front desk operations. Knowledge of cash register operations for efficient transaction management. Excellent phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during guest communications.
