Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Office Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role offers the opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise, multitask efficiently, and create memorable guest interactions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a positive stay and foster guest loyalty. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures swiftly and accurately using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate internal communications. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance. Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information meticulously while adhering to privacy standards. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest comfort. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems confidently. Ability to perform night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on hospitality excellence.
