Luxury residential property management company is looking to fill a Security position in a high-end apartment building located in North Bergen, NJ. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior building experience, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional hospitality service. Experience using BuildingLink is a plus. Candidates must be able to work the overnight shift. Job specific duties include but are not limited to: Welcoming residents and guests Stays alert and undistracted to provide full attention to entrances, exits, parking areas and security systems Update log books on a regular basis Maintaining a clean and tidy front desk area Answer calls, take messages Liaise with building management and maintenance staff to respond to emergencies Light porter duties; clear garbage and recyclables, general maintenance and cleaning in lobby area, common spaces, elevators, etc. Assisting residents as needed

Basic Responsibilities:

Comply with company policies, practices and procedures. Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner. Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position. Complete company required training courses as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

High School diploma or GED Able to read and observe surroundings. Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary. Execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity. Maintain a professional level of stress tolerance. Possess ability to adapt to changing environment. Pay:

$22.00 per hour
