Job Description
Overnight Guest Services & Security Associate 11:00 PM - 4:00 AM The White Sands is seeking a reliable, professional Overnight Guest Services & Security Associate to help ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for our guests during overnight hours. This is not a sit-and-watch position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with guests, enforcing hotel policies respectfully, and addressing issues before they become disruptions. Responsibilities Conduct regular property patrols Monitor guest activity and common areas Address noise complaints and disturbances professionally Ensure quiet hours are observed Assist late-arriving guests when needed Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns Respond calmly and appropriately during emergencies Maintain a visible, welcoming presence throughout the property Ideal Candidate Friendly, confident, and professional Comfortable speaking with guests and enforcing policies Excellent judgment and communication skills Dependable and punctual Able to remain calm under pressure Hospitality, security, law enforcement, military, EMT, or customer service experience is a plus Must be able to walk the property throughout the shift What We're Looking For The right person understands that most overnight issues are solved through communication, professionalism, and presence. We want someone who can prevent problems before they escalate while helping guests feel safe and cared for.
