In this energetic position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling clothing items, ensuring they are cleaned, pressed, and returned to customers in pristine condition. Duties Receive garments from customers, accurately record items, and process transactions with friendly professionalism Operate dry cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to clean, press, and finish clothing items to high standards Inspect garments for stains, damage, or missing buttons; communicate with customers about special instructions or concerns Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including laundry stations and customer service counters Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering garment care advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction Restock supplies and organize work areas to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of dry cleaning processes, laundry techniques, or related cleaning skills is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Experience with cashiering or cash handling is a plus Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and garment care Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed Join us in creating a positive experience for every customer by delivering top-quality garment care with enthusiasm!
